keeps on ticking December 10, 2008 D. Baer (Las Vegas, NV) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I washed this little item and freaked out because I had just transfered all my family photos over because I was afraid of my computer crashing. It had sat in the little space between the door and the washer for two washes. I dried it out (for 2 days) and tried it. It didn't even loose one picture.
Great For Quick Backups or On The Go File Storage December 28, 2008 Jamie Ratliff (Texas, USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I own numerous USB Flash Drives, and although most of them still work okay, I find myself buying a new one every year or so since they keep getting bigger and cheaper. This Kingston 16GB model is a great value, and I like the retractable feature as opposed to worrying about using a cap. The device works perfectly right out of the box, and you can start using it immediately. The amount of data storage is great considering the amount of photos, videos, and music people have these days. I use this one to not only keep a portable copy of my music, but also to keep a few applications and documents I may need on other computers.
Bottom Line: Great device that offers lots of storage, it's easy to use, works right out of the box, and is a great value for the money.
It does what it does well. November 25, 2008 G. Barrera 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
It's a flash drive, works well, does what it does without any other software, and generally good, the only thing that can be bad about it, is being scratched easily, but that's just for cosmetic purposes. there is also the issue of maybe dust getting in the port, but I have not had issues with this yet. Doubtful that I will. Great flash drive.

16 Gb of storage for under $30... what can I say? Kingston is a quality product. I bought this for my wife to store the photos from her digital camera. Works great.. fast too. She may also store some MP3 files to use at work with Windows Media Player. If mama is happy, everybody is happy...
Fast and easy to use September 9, 2008 S. Bernstein (Upland, CA) 9 out of 13 found this review helpful
I just popped the flash drive into my USB port and was able to save and access files within seconds. I don't need security features so for me this flash drive was a great solution to backing up and storing media files.
